At Heverto, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to permanently delete their account and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

Users can delete their account directly from within the Heverto application:

Open the Heverto app.
Navigate to your Profile.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Profile information
Saved addresses
Account preferences
Personal account data associated with your profile

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information such as order history, transaction records, and data required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes may be retained for a limited period as required by law.
